ABOUT US

‘Wish Films’, run by Will Brenton and Will Jordan, was born out of the BAFTA-winning children’s TV and Live prodco ‘Tell-Tale Productions’. Over the years they created and produced 15 TV series for kids for BBC, ITV, Nickelodeon, C5 and Disney which have been shown in over 120 territories. Alongside their TV output Will B also wrote and directed over 20 arena tours, including seven tours each for ‘The Tweenies’ and ‘Cbeebies’, two tours  for ‘Thomas the Tank Engine’ and ‘Bob the Builder’ - and specials for ‘Bratz’ and ‘Doctor Who’. These shows played to millions of people throughout the UK and beyond. Will felt the arena space was an opportunity to create shows that could not be experienced anywhere else, and this led to the creation of 'Wish Arenas', a dedicated company working to create a new generation of family entertainment.

THE FUTURE

Wish Arenas have been searching out titles specifically suited to the scale of an arena space, which can give audiences the must-see ‘Event’ style shows the space demands.

It is crucial to find titles with global appeal and instant recognition which also offer the opportunity to innovate using cutting-edge technology.

In addition to this, the titles have to prove they have the long-term potential to grow beyond the usual 2-year term and develop into multiple franchises that can be adapted, re-used and added to through the life of the license.

The first title currently being developed by Wish Arenas is the Christmas phenomenon 'The Polar Express'...
